MISSION

We have a comprehensive mission focused on advancing women's rights and gender equality. The core objectives are to ensure equal access to education for women and girls, provide economic and professional empowerment, and increase women's participation in social and political decision-making. Furthermore, the mission emphasizes defending women's rights as equal and informed citizens, achieving gender equality through national and international cooperation, awareness, and knowledge dissemination, and representing Turkish women globally and domestically, guided by Atatürk's principles and reforms. This collective effort aims to establish women as fully empowered and equal members of society in all aspects of life.

VISION

The primary objective is to build a modern, secular, and democratic social order by achieving 100% literacy for women and 100% school enrollment for girls. This foundational educational success will ensure women can participate equally and actively as free citizens at every level of society, ultimately enabling them to become pioneers of change within all decision-making mechanisms.
