Undertaking initiatives to increase the number of female university graduates, particularly in fields where women are underrepresented,

Developing and expanding scholarship programs for female university students,

Conducting joint initiatives with relevant university departments and national and international institutions and organizations to empower women,

Organizing programs that develop contemporary active citizenship awareness among female university students,

Developing institutional collaborations with University Women's Centers, Professional Associations, NGOs, and the Private Sector for projects that increase women's employment in all sectors,

Conducting public awareness campaigns for equal representation of women in decision-making mechanisms in politics and public administration,

To raise awareness and advocate for women's human rights, gender equality, and the prevention of violence against women,

To design projects and collaborate with relevant institutions to defend and improve women's sexual health and rights,

To raise awareness among association members about gender inequality and strengthen their volunteerism and advocacy skills,

Monitor and advocate for the fulfillment of the conditions of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and the Council of Europe Istanbul Convention on preventing violence against women.
